Role:              Head of Sales

Location:       London - Hybrid working arrangement

 

Salary:        £90 000 - £100 000 + Business performance incentive scheme.

 

Timely Recruit is recruiting a Head of Sales/ Sales Director due to growth in the organisation.

This is an exciting role to join a dynamic business who are making an impact everyday! Our client is a leading Consultancy specialising in Sustainability and ESG.

 

Summary of main duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Running a dynamic Sales Department
  • Leading and building the sales team
  • The Sales Director will develop the Sales Strategy.
  • The Head of Sales will contribute to the development of marketing strategy and have involvement in the development of new products.
  • Responsible for delivering new client wins!
  • Developing new client revenues

 

Attributes and Experience

 

  • You will have a track record of selling professional or Consulting services to Mid-market customers. .
  • Experience of managing a building a Sales Team.
  • A genuine interest in developing your career in Sustainability and ESG.
  • Selling Consultative services to Private Equity clients is advantageous!
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with short sales cycles.
